Chapter 31: Truth

Evangeline Snow’s P.O.V.

I sat in the spare office at Vitalo’s house, clicking the top of my pen over and over while I stared out the window. Upon moving my belongings from my house to his at the island, the office has quickly become mine. Well it's a spare office he specifically made for me so I could concentrate on my writing, I may have gotten married but I haven't forgotten about my career one bit. The publication of my next book "Aurora's Reign" is near and I can't fail both my editor and my readers.

The room holds nothing but some bookcases and a couple of comfy armchairs so Vitalo had promptly changed that by ordering me a desk and ergonomic chair.

Thankfully, since he seems to be busy with an online conference meeting in his own office so we had the decency not to disturb eachothers workplace. Although we haven't properly had a simple conversation ever since he told me about his childhood the other day and I pry either.
