Chapter 15 – Unwanted Guests

I don’t know what happened when the king talked to me. But I knew then that even if he isn’t my birth father, he is my dad. He held me for a long time, whispering calm words. After he let go, Aiden hugged me and asked me if I was okay. And I was, but I was so exhausted, years of abuse and being partly starved and been on the run for days now, my body was giving up.
Not wanting me to get hurt because of exhaustion, Aiden told me not to shift today but sit on his wolf. While we were running, he wanted me to rest. Dad, grandpa, and Zach all agreed with him, so I did as he said. I was so tired I slept while he was running and was surprised I had not fallen off.
It was now two full days when we only stopped to eat and drink. While I had not shifted but been on the back of Zeus and dad’s wolf Shadow so that Zeus could relax a little from the extra weight.

He walks into the TV room and I look around, the room has a couch that looks soft to sit in and a huge TV on the wall. “We can change everything some will have it the way we would like. Colors on walls, furniture, and whatever you would want to change.
