Leaving the changing room that night I felt so confused . Jewel was like a love sick puppy and not to mention Lillith and her crazy romantic notions , my head was currently a mess . All I wanted to do was have a hot bath and go to bed . Not being able to shut Jewel off for even a moment was getting too much .

Entering the flat we shared Lillith offered to run me a bath with some of her magic oils to help heal and soothe my body , having a witch as a best friend has its perks . I stayed in the bath until the water had turned cold .

I just couldn't get the idea that the goddess had gotten it so wrong , I mean a prince for me ! . I had been doing my best to shut my wolf out , she was driving me nuts . She kept showing me pictures of our mate . That night even though I was physically and mentally exhausted , sleep never came .
