=A Few Hours Before=

I lean forward in the leather armchair, and toss the scrunched up piece of paper onto the glass tabletop of Igors' desk, "That," I hiss while pointing at it. "Was waiting for me when I exited the barn." He leans forward and picks it up with his eyes trained on mine.

His brows pinch together as he focuses on reading the poetic note that has my balls shrivelling up with its last assertion.
