Elizabeth narrates.

I get out of the car in front of the small rural house where three children are running around the outskirts towards where I am. They were my brothers, I was full of surprise, they could recognize me even though I had been gone for so long.

My mother comes out of the place with a bruise on her eye, I was sure that Dad had caused it, I had recently arrived at the place and I was already surprised that my father was probably being more liberal than usual.
