Chapter 6: Inside her head

It's been a week since the safe house was compromised. We were relocated to the El Latro Organization's military base for our safety after Athena had fully healed from her injuries. Tiny, the commander of the El Latro soldiers, is in charge of the base. The base also serves as a training facility for recruits and members.

Red oversees a laboratory facility that is also located within the base. I brought Athena to Red's lab so he could check on her. He also has to learn more about her and the microchip inside her skull. I'm intrigued by what happened to Athena and who she truly was because her recollections are limited.

"Well, well, well, I can't believe we're finally seeing each other after fifteen years." Red greeted me with a friendly smile and an overwhelming hug.
