Rora’s POV

All eyes were on Zayn as he stormed off, his chair falling harshly against the floor. Stephan rose immediately, following him with long, purposeful strides, and I felt a rush of irritation and heat rise to my cheeks. I couldn’t believe him, nor could I believe the way he’d spoken to me at breakfast.

Sarah and Elias looked between themselves but just shrugged, confident that Stephan was going to handle it.

I played around with the food, moving my fork around the plate without actually bringing it to my mouth to have a single bite.

I dropped the fork onto the plate and it made a loud noise. Sarah's head snapped up to look at me.

I had lost my appetite. Completely.

“I—I can’t eat right now,” I said, my voice more annoyed than I intended, and I stood abruptly. The room went silent.

“I'm sure you just feel angry at what Zayn had said but you know he didn't mean any of it dear,” Elias said but I didn't reply. I still stood on my ground when I was done eating.
