"How did that happen?" I wondered to Stacey.

It's afternoon but we're here at the coffee shop to take a break from school. I know I'm smart and I can do school work, but I've also been with Stacey so she might not be able to handle our first day in college.

"Is it possible that Lever is not rich?" I asked again.

I took the red velvet cake and ate it. I wonder why Lever doesn't have a driver or car.

"How can that happen? In the tuition of our school, only the rich or maybe scholars can enter there," Stacey explained to me.
