Aslan made his way to his jet and settled down. He was going to a meeting at the publication office. He was going through the file but her face was all he could recall.

If it had been any other woman, she would have accepted his proposal in a nanosecond, but it was Elena. The stubborn woman who had the audacity to look offended by his proposal. Why? He was offering her everything. He was Aslan Parker. He was loaded and being his wife meant having the world at her feet. But she was thinking about something else and not the fact that she will get the name Parker. She will be his wife, his better half, and his world. He considered her his world. He knew he was in love, and even though he was restraining himself from saying it to her, deep down he was excited by the whole idea of getting married to her.
