Chapter Three

LOTUS

I lay in my bed, staring at the ring my mother had given me before she died.My mother stated that this ring is my identity; I'm not sure what she meant."GG+ESG(E2)GWG," I whispered, referring to the tiny wording on the ring.I've been staring at this ring for years, but I'm not sure what the inscription signifies.

I don't know anyone and I'm not sure what will become of me now that I've rejected the one person I view as family.I need to leave the castle soon because Arthur is no longer my friend."Mother, please guide me," I thought as I kissed the ring and placed it in the locket that I hung around my neck once more.My lady in waiting entered my room."Is there anything I can do for you, my queen?" she inquired."Can you help me pack my bags?" I said, and she gave me a puzzled expression."I've already rejected him, and I've decided to leave," I told her, and she covered her mouth with her palms in disbelief.

"Don't pity me, I've already made my decision," I said to her before turning to the other side of the room to peer out the window.Right now, I needed to be strong."All right, my queen," she said.

"There is nothing wrong with you.Don't hold any grudges towards yourself.I hope you find the happiness you deserve, Luna, since you are a wonderful person.You are highly special, and anyone who knows your worth will consider themselves fortunate to have you.I'm disappointed that the alpha king didn't recognize that in you."He'll be sorry," she added, and I smiled.My lady in waiting was yet another person I consider myself fortunate to have in my life.

Before I could respond, the door to my room slammed open, causing me to jolt in dread. My lady in waiting was astounded as well. I turned to find out what was going on.

I was even more taken aback when Arthur stormed into my room, staring at me."Get out," he shouted, glancing at my lady in waiting, who gave me a frightened look, and I gave her the OK by shaking my head before she walked out of the room cautiously.This was the first time Arthur had entered my room since separating our rooms five years ago since he didn't want to sleep in the same room as me.

"What exactly do you want?"I found myself questioning him, and his stare became even more intense.

"What was the meaning of those stunts you pulled earlier?" he said as he approached me, but I stayed firm.

"I'm not sure what you're talking about," I responded, peering into his eyes without blinking. He laughed before returning to his solemn demeanor."Who said you could reject me?"You are nothing more than an omega I rescued from the streets and fed and clothed.Why are you now feeling fly? "You are nothing without me," he exclaimed.

"I don't give a damn!"I yelled back, and he slapped my cheeks hard.To say I was shocked would be an understatement because Arthur had never laid his hands on me before.This was the first occasion."I'm not going to apologize; you brought this on yourself.""Don't yell at me, I'm still your alpha king," he explained.

"You are not my Alpha King," I say."I've already rejected you," I retorted.

"The rejection is incomplete without my acceptance words, hope you know that?"he said to me.

"Then make it complete right now by accepting the rejection or you wait for the four market days for it to be complete naturally"I said to him trying to walk away but he held me back.

"I won't accept this rejection,take me back right now or you have me to contend with"he said to me and I sighed in frustration.

Why was he making things hard for us?.This is what he always wanted.I thought he would be happy that I would finally leave him alone but why is he acting like this?. Saying I was confused was an understatement to explain how much I felt at this moment.

"I thought you were in love with me.""What has changed?"He questioned his calm expression.Is he serious when he asks me this?Why is Arthur acting as though he has lost his ability to reason?

"Let go of me," I said as I felt pain in my arm, but his grip on me intensified.

"Please don't leave me, I'll give you everything you've ever wanted, didn't I promise to make you happy?"Please, I beg you, I adore you."My wolf won't take it if you leave me alone," he told me.

I was afraid by the way he was acting just now, and his stare darkened.I tried to push him away, but he grabbed me tightly and tried to kiss me, but I smacked his nose with my head and he backed away.

He paced up and down the room, tapping his head and causing his hair to scatter.I decided to take advantage of this opportunity to leave the room because I didn't want to be in the same room with him at this point.He has been so detached for the past five years that I have no idea what is going on in his life.I've never seen him act like this before.It felt strange, and I wasn't sure I wanted to be in the same room with him just now.

I was shoved back to the bed with enormous force when I tried to open the door, causing pain all over my body.Everything occurred so quickly and he was hovering above me.

His eyes had become golden, and he was going to transform into a werewolf.I could see his hand and face hairs."Mine," he said, bending his head towards me while sniffing my neck.I struggled, but he was stronger than me; his hands remained fixed in place, preventing me from moving freely.

"Let me go," I begged as I realized I couldn't get away from him.

He ripped my clothes off while turning deaf ears to me.As tears filled my eyes, I closed them."Don't do this," I begged again, but he didn't listen.

He gripped my breast firmly, which hurt.Despite my protests, he sucked on aggressively.He removed my underpants while undressing himself.When he pushed his already hard member into my ***I felt intense pain.

I sobbed helplessly as he thrusted in and out with such force.He put his hand over my mouth to keep me from shouting any louder.The only thing I could feel for him right now was resentment for taking advantage of me.

My face was flushed from crying so much.He thrusted for so long that I felt my strength leaving me.I was so exhausted.I fainted quickly and had no idea what happened next.
