Chapter 48 (Confusion and more questions)

"Her name is Alison. She will be interning with you guys."

No one there was actually listening to what Sandra was saying.

Alison had worn a white shirt and a coat on top and a pencil skirt. It seemed like a perfect fit for her body. She had, not perfect but beautiful curves. She was dressed formally and had the right amount of makeup. No one could at that moment believe that she was the same Alison who had once cheated on Jack and was trying her luck with Stefen.

Since the room was filled with silence, Sandra continued speaking, "Alison, this is Jack, Alice, Jasmine and-"

"Stefen," Alison completed Sandra's sentence with an evident flirtatious smile.

"Yes, looks like you both know each other very well," Sandra said looking contented.

Jasmine's heart pinched hearing that. "Actually, we all know each other... it's not just Stefen,” she spoke without thinking twice.
