Days in and days out Rex and Ann met regularly to study as part of their contact. During those their learning time, Ann and Rex got closer together to each other. They no longer send glares to each other way nor do they loathe each other but rather, they send themselves secret glances and smiles. Judith who had been the few to notice the change in Ann decided to question her new found behavior one hot weekend afternoon when they were hanging out at Ann’s apartment. The next Monday was Ann’s usually meeting with Rex for their tutoring session and she couldn’t help dressing up beautifully. She was dressed in a blue skinny jeans, a white crop top and white old sneakers with her backpack securely behind her. Her face was bare, she just used her normal serum and sunscreen with a touch of lipgloss. After waiting for Ann for almost thirty minutes was making him restless, patience wasn’t his greatest virtue. The hallway was packed with students ready to start their daily activities. Some were morning people who were very energetic this morning whilst some were obviously not with hard look and frown on their faces.“Hey! It was a mystery for Ann how she got home that faithful day after the kiss, she knew she had been running and wasn’t thinking straight but the next thing she knew was she was at the door of her apartment and was already unlocking the door.When she finally unlocked the door and entered her apartment, she slide slowly on the floor and that was when the tears started to flow as a water fall unto her clothes and thereby wetting it completely. Ann was so engrossed in the book she was reading that it took a lot on knocking on the door to get her attention. She jumped up slightly in startle and made her way to the door. The next weeks that followed their secret dating was a blissful one for the new couple, they will ignore each other on campus but immediately school was over, they rushed home in their various directions but always ended up in each other’s arm at the cabin in the woods. They couldn’t go Ann’s place because Judith will come looking for her nor will Ann go to Rex’s place no matter how much he tried to convince her that it was safe and no one will see them together whilst they are there. Waking up in the morning, Ann had the brightest smile on her face. The previous night was amazing, it was all she imagined her first time to be and more.
