The Royal Claim

The terminal hallway was dead silent. The royal guards stood frozen like stone statues. Nobody dared to breathe.

King Dominic did not put Leo down. His massive arm held the four-year-old boy securely against his chest, his large fingers gently smoothing over the glowing silver fur on the child’s small hands. Leo did not look scared at all. He reached out and touched the gold royal crest pinned to Dominic’s custom-tailored suit jacket.

"Seraphina," Dominic repeated, his voice dropping into a low, gravelly vibration that made the marble floor hum under my feet. His golden-brown eyes burned into mine with a terrifyingly possessive intensity. "I will ask you one more time. Whose children are these?"

My heart slammed against my ribs like a trapped bird. The cool, untouchable corporate auditor mask I had worn all morning was cracking from the inside out.

"They are my children, Your Majesty," I said, my voice tight but clear. I stepped forward, holding out my arms to take Leo back. "They are my family. No one else’s."

"Do not play corporate games with me, Director," Dominic growled, stepping closer until his massive frame completely blocked the light above me. His powerful, ancient Lycan scent—a mix of dark cedar, winter frost, and raw dominance—flooded my senses, making my inner wolf stir with an electric shock. "This boy carries the pure, blinding silver fur trait. That trait does not belong to standard pack wolves. It belongs exclusively to the direct royal line of Apex Global. It belongs to my bloodline."

"Mommy?" Lyra’s quiet voice broke the tension. She stepped out of the VIP lounge, her small fingers clutching her digital tablet tightly. Her special blocking bracelet flickered once, then short-circuited just like her brother's. Soft, glowing silver fur immediately spread across her small wrists.

Dominic’s breath hitched. His golden eyes flared with a wild, dominant hunger as he looked down at the little girl.

"Two of them," the King whispered, his chest heaving. He looked back at me, his eyes narrowing to dangerous slits. "You have been working at my right hand for five years, Seraphina. You managed my global assets. You sat in my boardroom. All while hiding my own heirs right under my nose."

"They are not your heirs, King Dominic," I hissed, dropping the formal title as my own hidden, ancient silver line power flared up to protect my pups. The air temperature in the hallway plunged into a freezing winter chill. "I have never slept with you. I have never even crossed paths with your wolf before five years ago. They are my blood."

Dominic froze. His sharp intellect quickly processed my words. He knew I couldn't lie to him—not with his dominant alpha power forcing the truth from the room. If the children carried the royal silver fur, but he was not the biological father, there was only one other explanation. An ancient, legendary explanation.

Before he could speak, the glass doors of the terminal entrance shattered.

The Regret Engine Crashes In

"Violet! Violet, please listen to me!"

Alpha Kaelen burst through the broken entryway, his suit jacket torn and his hair completely messy. He had bypassed the security gates, driven by pure, desperate panic after the boardroom asset liquidation. Two Silvercrest guards tried to follow him, but Dominic's royal enforcers instantly tackled them to the floor.

Kaelen fell to his knees a few feet away, panting heavily. He didn't look at the King. His desperate, green eyes locked directly onto me.

"Violet, you can't take the territory," Kaelen begged, his voice cracking with immense regret. "If we lose the land, the pack will scatter. Tatiana's family lied to me. They ruined us. Please... I know I made a mistake five years ago. I was stupid. I was greedy. But we loved each other. We can start over. I will name you my true Luna—"

Kaelen’s voice cut off abruptly.

His eyes traveled up from my face, past my expensive cream cashmere suit, and landed directly on the child King Dominic was holding.

Kaelen gasped. The color completely drained from his face. He looked at Leo's face—at the distinct green eyes that matched his own perfectly. Then, his gaze dropped to the glowing, bright silver fur covering the boy's hands.

"A... a child?" Kaelen stammered, his body shaking violently. He looked at Lyra, then back to Leo. "Green eyes... Violet, are they... are they mine? Were you pregnant when you left?"

A sudden, violent wave of realization hit Kaelen like a physical blow. His inner wolf let out a loud, pathetic howl of pure agony and regret. He realized that the quiet girl he had thrown out into the rain five years ago hadn't just handled his paperwork—she had been carrying his children. His heirs.

"You threw her out in the trash," King Dominic’s voice boomed, turning the entire hallway into an icy tomb.

Dominic slowly handed Leo over to his head guard, ensuring the boy was safe. Then, the Supreme King turned around. His massive frame radiated a murderous, suffocating energy that instantly forced Kaelen's forehead flat against the hard marble floor. Kaelen couldn't even lift his neck.

"You called her a penniless liability," Dominic said, stepping toward the kneeling Alpha, his heavy leather boots clicking like a death sentence. "You traded her for a tech heiress's fake balance sheets. And you didn't even recognize the legendary mate bond standing right in front of you."

"M-Mate bond?" Kaelen choked out from the floor, his face pressed against the stone. "No... we weren't... we weren't fated mates. Our bond snapped easily five years ago..."

The True Fated Match

"It snapped because you are a fool, Alpha Kaelen," King Dominic roared.

The King stopped right in front of me. Slowly, he pulled off his heavy black leather gloves and threw them to the floor. He turned his gaze away from Kaelen and locked it onto me.

"The royal silver fur trait only appears when two specific bloodlines cross," Dominic said, his deep voice shaking with an emotion I had never heard from the cold billionaire CEO before. "It appears when a royal Lycan King mates with the last surviving female of the ancient Silver Line."

My breath caught. I stepped back, but Dominic followed, his large, warm hand reaching out to cup my jawline.

The moment his bare skin touched my face, a massive, blinding flash of silver light exploded between us.

It wasn't a spark. It was a wildfire.

The fake, lesser bond that Kaelen had placed on me five years ago had easily snapped because it was a mistake. But this—this was the true, cosmic fated match. Deep within my soul, my hidden silver wolf threw her head back and roared in perfect harmony with Dominic’s massive imperial Lycan. The absolute certainty of our bond washed over us, filling the entire airport terminal with the scent of frozen silver and rich jasmine.

Dominic’s golden eyes turned completely dark, his thumb brushing over my bottom lip with a fierce, absolute possessiveness.

"You were never his fated mate, Seraphina," Dominic whispered, his voice thick with a wolf's raw instinct. "The universe created your bloodline for mine. Your children carry my royal traits because they belong to the Supreme line. He was just a temporary mistake the universe used to keep you hidden until I could find you."

Down on the floor, Kaelen let out a broken, pathetic sob. The ultimate realization of what he had truly lost—not just a clever accountant, not just a rich auditor, but the legendary Silver Queen and his own children who were now claimed by the Supreme King—completely shattered his spirit. He had traded a goddess for a bankrupt tech heiress.

Dominic didn't look down at the broken Alpha. He kept his eyes locked on me, his large hand sliding down to grip my waist, pulling me firmly against his broad chest.

"The liquidation of the Silvercrest Pack is finished," Dominic ordered his guards, his voice ringing with absolute finality. "Arrest Alpha Kaelen for corporate fraud. Throw him in the imperial dungeons."

Dominic looked down at Leo and Lyra, who were now walking over, their little silver-furred hands reaching for his long coat. The King looked back up at me, a dangerous, deeply satisfied smile spreading across his handsome face.

"Pack your things, Seraphina," the King rumbled, his grip tightening on my waist. "We are going back to the capital tower. And this time, you and my twins are moving into the royal penthouse."

  • The Lycan Ceo Unclaimed Twins   The Midsummer Gathering

The arrival of midsummer transformed Oakhaven from a bustling frontier outpost into a vibrant, living tapestry of color, sound, and community. In the old days—back when the world was governed by the cold, sterile mechanics of the simulation and the rigid dictates of the High Council—seasons were little more than aesthetic parameters loaded into a server. They were visual filters designed to keep the populace docile, predictable, and compliant. Here, under the real sun, midsummer was an event of raw, unfiltered life. The valley floor had erupted into a sea of blooming wildflowers—golden buttercups, wild lavender, and crimson poppies swaying in the warm southern breeze. The forest canopy was a rich, dense emerald, and the river ran clear and cold over smooth, sun-bleached stones. To celebrate the longest day of the year, Magistrate Vance had declared a three-day moratorium on all administrative duties, trade tariffs, and municipal audits. For the first time since we had arrived in the v

  • The Lycan Ceo Unclaimed Twins   The Foundations of Stone and Steel

The transition from the melting mud of early spring to the vibrant, sun-drenched expanse of late May brought a ferocious surge of productivity to Oakhaven. The valley no longer smelled of trapped woodsmoke and wet snow; instead, the air was thick with the rich scent of turned earth, blooming wildflowers, and the sharp, clean tang of molten iron rising from the newly expanded southern smelters. For weeks, the town had been buzzing with a different kind of energy. The small frontier outpost we had stumbled into months ago was rapidly evolving into a permanent municipality. Caravans from the eastern plateaus and the lower river basins were arriving weekly, bringing trade goods, livestock, and—most importantly—families looking for a safe haven away from the fractured remnants of the old regime. My mornings were spent in the newly expanded Registry Office. Magistrate Vance had finally yielded to my relentless demands for administrative restructuring, granting me a dedicated staff of three

  • The Lycan Ceo Unclaimed Twins   The Spring Thaw

The bitter iron grip of winter did not break all at once; it loosened grudgingly, weeping in long, silver ribbons of snowmelt down the jagged flanks of the southern mountains. By early April, the thick drifts that had choked Oakhaven’s unpaved streets had transformed into muddy channels, and the river roared with a fierce, swollen current that rattled the timbers of the old wooden bridge.Inside our cabin, the shift in seasons brought a different kind of restlessness. The cozy confinement of the hearth gave way to the sprawling, vibrant chaos of springtime preparation.I sat at my usual wooden desk by the window, though the tallow candle had been blown out to make room for the blinding spring sunlight streaming through the freshly washed glass. In front of me lay the master ledger for Oakhaven’s agricultural expansion. Since our victory at Echo Gorge, the town had grown. Three distinct caravan groups from the eastern plateaus had petitioned Magistrate Vance for residency, bringing new

  • The Lycan Ceo Unclaimed Twins   The Echo Gorge Trap

The wind howled through the jagged walls of Echo Gorge like the breath of an ancient, starving beast. Jagged icicles, thick as a man’s torso, hung like teeth from the cliff faces, and the snow underfoot was packed into a treacherous sheet of blue ice. It was a place where life went to die, making it the ideal killing floor.I lay flat against the frozen stone of the western ridge, my breath pluming into the freezing air in small, white clouds. Beside me, Dominic checked the tension of a heavy steel cable rigged across the narrowest part of the trail below. He wore his heavy fur cloak, his dark hair dusted with snow, looking less like a refugee of a dead empire and more like a winter god guarding his domain."They're coming," Dominic murmured, not looking up from his work. His enhanced hearing had picked up the low, rhythmic thrum of heavy-duty treads long before my human ears could register the vibration through the rock."How many?" • The Lycan Ceo Unclaimed Twins   The Frost and the Flame

Winter arrived in the southern valley not with a gentle descent, but with a sudden, bone-chilling snap that froze the river solid within forty-eight hours. The world outside our cabin transformed overnight into a stark, blinding expanse of white, turning the rolling green hills into silent, glittering dunes of snow. For Oakhaven, the freeze meant hunkering down. The town square grew quiet during the day, replaced by the constant, domestic thrum of wood-stoves burning day and night, the scent of burning cedar and pine hanging thick in the frosty air.Inside our cabin, we adapted. Dominic reinforced the exterior walls with thick layers of moss and extra timber, ensuring the bitter mountain winds couldn't find purchase through the gaps. The hearth became the center of our universe. We cooked, ate, and told stories by its crackling light.Yet, even in the dead of winter, the machinery of life didn't entirely stop. As the town’s Chief Registrar, my work only shifted indoors. Magistrate Van
