“What is this place?”

I kept on asking him and he wasn’t responding to my questions, no matter how many times I ask him.

“I think we should get back. It’s getting—“I want to say but soon find myself swallowing my own words, looking at the view of the city. Bright light all over illuminating everywhere.

“Wow.” I manage to say, looking at the beautiful lights.

“Beautiful isn’t it??

He asks me, and I nod my head nonchalantly. Walking to the edge.

“This is beautiful,” I smile.

He plops to the ground, crossing his legs as I widen my eyes. What is he doing? There are probably germs all over that place and he seems comfortable just sitting down.

“What’s wrong?” He asks with a smile on his face as I shake my head. “Nothing>,” I fold my arms, looking away from him.

This is the stupidest idea that I have ever thought of. How do I easily trust people like this? No wonder I usually end up in trouble because of such things.
