Chapter 354

Aloha Lovely Readers,

Surprise!

I truly thought I was done with this series. But sometimes life has other plans. I originally planned to write Iris and Garrett's story after finishing The Lycan King's Outcast Omega. But by the time I got to the end, Alexander and then Elara's stories were in my head. Once they were finished, I decided to leave it at that. But Iris and Garrett weren't done with me.

I decided to put it here, at the end of Alaric and Sage's story, instead of at the end of Elara's story because it makes more sense to me with the timeline. Especially considering their story happens before Sage and Alaric even meet. I am still working on developing other stories so I'm not sure about the posting schedule for this one, but I will try to update at least a few times a week until I I get to a point I can update more frequently. So, without further ado:

The Beta's Forgotten Mate

Princess Iris Sterling has spent her entire life trying to prove she's more than just the Lycan King's little sister. Brilliant, magically gifted, and determined, she refuses to be confined to the decorative role her parents envision. But there's one person who stands in her way at every turn: Garrett Ashford, her brother's insufferably overprotective Beta.

Garrett has watched Iris grow from a playful child into a breathtaking woman, but he refuses to see her as anything more than the royal princess he needs to protect. When Iris volunteers for a dangerous mission, Garrett publicly destroys her credibility to keep her safe—shattering her heart in the process.

When Iris’s brother, the Lycan King himself, sends them both on the mission together, they have to find a way to get along or put the mission at risk. As their hostility begins to thaw, fate strikes another blow when Iris turns eighteen and it’s revealed they are fated mates.

Years of animosity don’t magically disappear with a mate bond, but just when it seems they may overcome their past, disaster strikes, forcing Iris to make an impossible choice that could separate them forever.

With the fate of their people on the line and their mate bond in tatters, they must find a way to defeat their enemy, but at what cost? When the dust settles, their kingdom may still be standing, but can their bond rise from the ashes?

Some bonds are worth fighting for. Some are worth fighting for twice.

I hope you enjoy it!

It’s possible that my app is flaking out but it seems like chapter 192 & 198 are the same chapter. Only mentioning it because I’d want someone to let me know if it was mine.
