Davina's pov

I had never seen anything like this. The queen has always been someone to control herself, she was cold, but not in a bad way, almost like she couldn't feel anything. Yet, her warm nature didn't let the outsiders feel a thing.

“What happened to my mate, and why are you both in her chambers?"

There was no response. I placed my hands on my lips, and immediately tried to control myself, but it didn't seem like it was working out very well.
