Celia resisted a bit in her sleep but I placed her in the soft cushions and gently tucked her under a layer of the finest silk sheets.

She let go of me finally and turned to the side. Her abrupt movement made the silk sheet slide a little, giving me a view of her plump behind.

Not that I had not seen it earlier. But the way she slept in my bed as if she had always belonged here, made it feel right.

Her long hair spilled over the cushions, spilling down the side of the bed as she stretched her leg a little, spraying on the bed like a sheet herself.

I let out a chuckle.

So she was someone who rolled all over the bed.

Not that I would mind.

After placing her on the bed, I decided to take a good look at her wounds. Now that she did not have her eyes on me, I got a good chance to observe her.

Her pale milky skin had a slight sheen to it and there were a hundred small faded scars on every single part of her body.
