“Well now you have ten minutes until I come there and drag you out of your bath myself”

I irritatedly pulled off the cucumber slices and ate them slowly and methodically as Jasper furrowed his eyebrows, waiting for me to get out.

“I am not done yet. My body still hurts”

But Jasper was having none of it, “This is important. After we return, I will myself put you in this hot bath again”

He said, a devilish smirk on his face.

I rolled my eyes. “But I barely got any rest. My feet hurt”

He took a few steps forward and reached the pool. I was glad for the dark herbs and rose petals that were covering me.

Not that he had not seen me naked before but I did not want to be all dripping and wet around him.

Rain chuckled at that thought.
