"Whew! That was close! " Bridgette said, while catching her breath. She became the center of attention at that party against her will. If not for that strange, arrogant man, she’d be on her way to Hounslow already.

"No! This was all Daddy’s fault! If he hadn’t tricked me into going home, I'd never be in this mess! ’ Bridgette was furious because of what her dad did to him. The memory of what happened a few days back came rushing back to her as she sat behind the bush on this dark road, hiding from that strange man.

Did you enjoy the food? Troy asked Bridgette after they both finished a platter of green salad. They’re at a lettuce farm a few miles away from Westminster. Troy decided to bring Bridgette here because they’ve been eating unhealthily, and based on what Chelsey said, due to her hectic schedule, she only eats premade foods nowadays.

Bridgette seemed to like the place. Fresh air, fresh foods, and Troy’s company.
