Grayson's POV

I head inside of our vacation house since the small celebration is done, and everyone head home. They probably tired and the party didn't last long, also I receive a lecture from my father because Erika is pretty upset to what I've done. That's why getting her attention is my goal tonight.

I found her inside our bedroom, staring at the sky. She's silent like didn't notice my presence although intentionally ignored me, but won't let her do that. So I approached her and touch her shoulder where she immediately reacted and looked around to face me.

Her eyes was filled with sorrow, she's really upset. Why do I have to leave and place my businesses as my top priority? Those sorrowful eyes telling how irresponsible I am for leaving my wife in the day of our wedding. She probably cursing me for being so reckless.

"Your home..." She murmured.

"Listen—" she cut me out.

"Don't worry about it, I'm fine... As long as you are home and safe, I'm fine with that."
