Grayson's POV

The whole room was wrapped with silence, and also awkwardness because Nicholas was here. I summon him after knowing Erika runaway from me and have no idea where'd she go. Both of us was silent, as if nobody wanted to start what's supposed to begin and wanted to remain silent.

I clear my throat and Asher turned to me while Nicholas was looking at the absence. He seemed not surprised to hear my news, and seemed not shocked when I told him about Erika's letter. He was calm and not showing any sign of shock or even paranoia.

His silence telling me I was wrong and he's right about everything.

"So, does it mean she's gone?" Asher finally ask, and decided to break the silence between us.

"For now," I answered.

"Then, what are we doing here? We should look for her, and find her. She's the weapon we need in order to achieve your goal, right?" He said.

"She's gone but still thinking about your ego?" I was stop after hearing Nicholas's words, and it didn't sounds good into my ear
