Chapter 31: Kisses!

Two weeks later 

Xan knew he was in trouble with Grace, big trouble. His visit to Kurt had gone fairly well, they had a draft trade agreement set out. Though as predicted, Kurt had hacked their phones and found nothing of use. The only annoying thing was Nancy; she kept touching him and giving him lustful stares. Xan has made it very clear he was not interested, but she kept trying. The whole situation had made him want Grace more. As soon as he was in the air he had called her, but it kept ringing.

“She has blocked you Xan!” Denug said with a sigh.

“She has done what?” Xan said shocked.

“I warned you Mate, you broke up with her and have not talked to her for two weeks! She is not going to be easy to contact!” Denug said slowly like he was explaining to a small child.

“I did not break up with her, we were on a break!” Xan said and Denug had just rolled his eyes. 

They had not talked about it for the rest of the flight. Xan had of course informed Tony that they were in their way, as he did not want to cause any issues. So, he was not surprised to see Tony in the entrance lobby of his Mansion.

“Welcome Xan and Denug, I trust you had a pleasant flight?” Tony asked in a neutral tone. 

Tony had to put up with Grace nursing a broken heart over the last couple of weeks. She had flung herself into her studies and was practising her dance with Jacob. She had even signed up to do a distance learning Business Degree, something Tony had been delighted to hear!

“Yes, as good as it can be expected. I must say I am a little disappointed that Grace is not here to greet me!” Xan said casually.

 It was obvious he was fishing for information.

“Well, that is because she does not know you are coming!” Tony explained. He had learnt not to interfere in relationships a long time ago.

“Well, where is she?” Xan asked impatiently. 

“She is in the Dance studio. Hank, would you mind?” Tony said. Hank nodded and led Xan and Denug to the dance studio. Xan looked in and saw Grace, she was currently being lifted over the head of another man. Jealousy started to bubble up inside Xan - his Grace was being touched by another man.

 The situation got worse as the man then threw Grace up in the air and caught her in his arms. Grace then put her legs around the man's waist and leaned back till she touched the floor. The man suddenly lost his footing and came crashing down on top of Grace, putting them in a very intimate position. 

Xan's jealously exploded and forced the door to the Dance Gym open. He stomped over and pulled the man off Grace, he then proceeded to punch the man in the face.

“Xan? What the fuck are you doing?” Grace shouted.

“He should not be touching you!” Roared Xan as Grace raced over to Jacob's side. 

This stung Xan more than she could ever know! Xan was about to punch Jacob again when Grace grabbed his arm and twisted Xan so he was thrown on the floor.

 “Dam her Aikido!” Xan thought.

“Oh my God Jacob! Are you ok?” Grace said.

“I am fine Grace, not the first time I've been punched in the nose!” Jacob said.

“Go and getting some ice on it, I deal with Xan!” Grace said.

“Are you sure?” Jacob said concerned.

“Yeah!" Grace said and Jacob walked out of the dance studio. Jacob was surprised to see Hank and Denug waiting outside.

“Shouldn’t you guys go and help?” Jacob said.

“Sometimes it is best to let people sort things out by themselves,” Hank said and Denug nodded in agreement.

“Don’t worry we won’t let Xan get hurt!" Hank said with a smirk and Denug laughed. 

“Xan? Surely we should be worried about Grace?” Jacob said stunned.

“Grace can look after herself! Now go and get some ice for that nose!” Hank said as he patted a hand on Jacob’s shoulder.

Back in the Dance studio, Xan had managed to get himself back up into a standing position. 

“What a way to welcome your partner!” Xan said sarcastically.

“Partner? You are not my Partner! You broke up with me!!!” Grace shouted as she proceeded to punch Xan. 

Xan blocked them with ease. Grace tried to do a high kick at Xan’s balls - a low blow but she did not care. Xan caught her ankle and lifted it. Resulting in Grace falling onto her back.

“Do you think you can honestly beat me? I am the one who taught you!” Xan said. 

Grace twisted herself and swooped his legs. It was Xan’s turn to fall flat on his back. Grace took advantage of him being winded and straddled Xan’s chest.

 “You are such an arsehole Xan!” Grace said.

 Xan smiled and rolled so he was on top of Grace. He held her arms down and laid on top of her looking directly into her eyes. 

“I might be an arsehole, but I am an arsehole who loves you!” Xan said.

“You haven’t talked to me in two weeks!” Grace said as she felt tears form in her eyes. She scolded herself for showing weakness.

“Forgive me, my little Phoenix, but I only did it to protect you!” Xan said softly as tears started to run down Grace’s face. 

“I don’t need your protection!” Grace said as Xan leaned closed and started to kiss the tears away from her cheeks. Grace was stunned at such a tender gesture from a man who was trained to fight.

“ I won’t let you move on with that man!" Xan softly growled and instantly Grace felt butterflies in her stomach. 

“Is that what this is about? He is Gay!” Grace said with an exasperated sigh. 

“Gay?” Xan asked. 

“Yes, Gay! As much as I have tried not to over the past two weeks, I do love you Xan!” Grace said. 

Grace had felt this way for a while, but it was good that she admitted it.

“Say it again, say that you love me!” Xan said with a smile.

“I love you!” Grace said happily. 

It was at that moment Xan lowered his head and kissed Grace. Grace body responded immediately as she felt a deep sexual desire being ignited. She moaned in pleasure as Xan teased her lips and she rewarded him by opening her mouth. Xan instantly slipped his tongue into her mouth, gently teasing her tongue. Xan released her arms and Grace put her hands through his hair, making him groan. Grace felt her core becoming wet as she felt Xan’s cock getting harder. The kiss deepened even more as Xan started to grind into Grace. Grace had done heavy petting before, but this was on another level; Xan’s touch was setting her skin on fire.

Suddenly, there was a loud cough and a dog whine. Xan broke off the kiss very reluctantly, and said in a voice full of lust “We will continue this another time my little Phoenix.” 

Grace body became even more excited at the prospect of more contact with Xan’s body.

“If you can excuse us Chairman Ling and Grace, but Tobias is back from the Groomers and Andrew is waiting in the study,” Hank said with a smirk. Denug was also trying not to burst out laughing.

“Of course!” Grace said as Xan got off her and helped her to stand up. Tobias growled softly at someone touching his mistress without his permission.

“No, Tobias! Xan is a friend!” Grace said.

“Is that what you are calling it?” Denug muttered.

 Grace blushed and Xan threw a furious glance at his second in command.

“I best get going then!"Grace said and was about to walk off. Xan suddenly grabbed her hand and raised it to his lips, kissing it. 

“Do me the honour of having dinner with me tonight?“ Xan said.

“Of course, on the condition that you apologise to Jacob!” Grace said with a smile and Xan releases her hand. 

Grace then walked out of the Dance Studio with a large red dog trotting after her.

“Glad to see you guys have made up!" Hank said casually. 

Xan smiled, his body had responded to Grace like no other woman he been with. No one had made him that hard before by just kissing, but her touch sent sparks throughout his body. He was once told by Denug that when he met the one, he would know. Xan had never understood it before now. 

“I have finally found my perfect Phoenix and I am not letting Kurt get his grubby little hands on her. I need to see Tony please, Hank!” Xan said.

“Why?” Hank asked surprised.

“I want to ask his permission for Grace’s hand In marriage!" Xan said with a smile.
