Liam's POV

I received a call from Danny, the head of my shipment department. He never used to call me in the early morning. Name on the screen gave a sign me of happening something wrong.

I slid and hoisted the phone to an ear as he started giving information understanding my silence as my approval, "Boss, our shipment was attacked and stolen."

"Okay, I will be there in half an hour," I replied Danny and hung up the call.

 "It's an emergency,  I will be back. Do your breakfast on time," I pecked on her cheek. I hope She will understand me. 

"Is there any problem?" She asked getting up from my lap.

"Nothing to worry, love," I tangled my hand with her and we headed to our room. 

I hope she would not ask more questions regarding the phone call. I quickly went to the bathroom and took a quick shower. 

Donning in my designed three-piece suit, I came out of the closet. She was sitting on the bed.
