Dominic’s pov.

As I walked down the dimly lit hallway, my heart raced with worry. I was supposed to check up on Vanessa in her room, but when I arrived, she was nowhere to be found. Panic set in, and my mind started racing with all sorts of worst-case scenarios.

I immediately knew something was wrong. Vanessa was always bent on escaping, could she have found another way?It was like her to just disappear without a trace.

I quickly made my way back to the main area of the house and called out her name, but there was no response.

Fear gripped me as I realised that something terrible might have happened. I couldn't shake the feeling that Elliot, with his sinister intentions, might be involved.
