Chapter Thirty Five

Augustus did not come to school the next day.

Or the next.

Or the next.

Until a whole week had passed and Augustus was on medical leave.

Many laughed at him, saying this was meant to happen since he arrived and it wasn't a surprise all of this had started only in a week of his arrival.

Word has spread around that Agatha had beaten him into a pulp, or at least gotten someone to do it, and now she is free from that leach always clinging on to her.

Of course, no one had seen this happen, although it did happen, so how did the rumour spread, when the only people who saw this were Agatha, Augustus, and Jimmy and his friends?

Agatha wouldn't say a word, the matter was about her and although this could install fear on everyone to not forget who she truly is, she wouldn't do something as risky as this, something that could literally expose her and her families true identities.
