Chapter Thirty two

The bell rang, signalling the end of class. The students began to slowly stand up, picking up their belongings while stealing glances at the new kid and the popular girl.

"I can't believe she let him sit beside her. Does she have no class?" Riley whispered as the gang stared from a distance, while Sam feared her position in the group. She had spoken out of turn earlier. What if Agatha decided she wasn't fit for the group anymore?

"I'm sure she has a very legit reason to do so." Sam defended, taking her friends off guard. "Let's leave them be."

Meanwhile, Agatha stuffed her belonging in her bag, preparing to leave; all the while feeling like someone was watching her.

"If there is something you want to tell me, don't bother. I don't want to hear it anyway." Agatha said, turning towards Augustus while the boy quickly looked away, his ears turning red. "N-No...No I-I-I- just-"
