Kane POV

How can something like this happen to him?  He didn’t do anything wrong.  Being a male omega isn’t a crime and that doesn’t justify what has been done to this boy.   

I want him to be safe.

As I look at the boy’s beaten and bruised face, I can’t hold back the tears anymore.  The pain that this boy has gone through just because he is a male omega is terrible and wrong.  No one, regardless of them being a male omega, should never have to go through something like this.  Absolutely, no one.

Tears begin to roll down my face.  The pain not only in my chest but throughout my entire is too much.  I don’t have to look into his mind, because I can physically feel his pain.  That is one aspect of being a healer that I’m still grappling to understand and control.

Every part of my body hurts.  I mean really hurts.  I don’t think
