Adapting

I hear a familiar voice call my name and I turn around to find Tori waving at me. She walks up to me and i stand up dusting my dusty dress. 

"Where's Gabby? " she questions. 

"She went into the mansion. She said she had to attend to something. " I reply 

"And you let her go alone!? " she asks like a just killed a child. I just stare at her in confussion as she walks towards the mansion. What gives?. 

I spend the rest of the free time walking about the open space and staying clear of all the fartellos. I can't wrap my head around that fartellos words. Where is the female hall? Should I go? What is the worst that would happen to me if I refuse to go? ~God, help me please.
