Chapter 16 - Butterflies In My Belly

She wasn't surprised to see some feminine stuff in the bathroom that were new and hadn't been used. The bathroom looked extravagant and lavishly furnished with a Jacuzzi, a bath tub and a shower, with sparkling white tiles and walls and a mirror which was hanged besides a shelf containing some skin and hair products at the far left corner of the large and spacious bathroom.

She sighed and entered the shower knowing that it was probably Damien who had arranged for it.

Joan got out of the bathroom in a bathrobe and that was when it occurred to her that she didn't have anything else to wear.

She looked around the room hoping to see the site of her luggage laying somewhere around the room but she didn't see anything.

As she was about to head into the walk in closet, there was a knock on the door.

Joan's heart started racing thinking that it was Damien who was on the other side of the door, but then again why would he knock if it was his room.
