Fairies' Cottage
"Don't worry, I won't try anything, even though I want to." Prenah pulled away and swung her sword to catch Chaney's smirk just before it slipped off her face as the latter turned to leave and offered her a knowing look of insanity.
"Little sister, touch my cookies, and you are dead to me! I swear I'm going to kill you and watch your dying eyes with a grin on my face." Chaney responded as she went to the door.
Prenah was looking at Chaney as if she was measuring what coffin would fit her the best and gave her a small smirk. ''Mmp! As if I won't fight you, but trust me, I'll give you to the monster before you can even take that sword. " Chaney repeated, stepping aside as a sign for her to leave.
"This wasn't over, you pig. I'll make you disappear in a blink within this week, and I'll feed your heart to the dog. Like this. Whizz! Whizz!" Prenah added as if trying to make a point by doing a puff and adding a silly sound of firecrackers.<
Southern Fairy Land Two years ago, Annoyed, Lord Calton sighed, shook his head, and said to the fairy, "Give me a break! Do you think we go around in those silky luminous capes with neon wings or wear those old, obsolete fancy glowing costumes? We change with the times so that we can blend in. " "Do we have magical powers, Milord?" the charmed Ashley asked. Her eyes went round as if asking him the most obvious of questions in all fairyland. "So I'm told, but No!" Lord Calton's eyes flickered with anger. But soon he will have one, very soon. At the moment, that glint of resentment protected him from the pain. When he relives it, he will try to summon more strength. Yet, he failed himself, and his one and only lover too. How could he forget her? After all, the young human who intervened in their massacre of the fairy sisters had killed their lo
Rated PG-Mature Content The crunch of the leaves was the only noise trickling in the darkness of the late winter night, as the fairy knight's boots made their way along the pathway to the Lord Camilton manor. The fairy knight had been invited to the fairy masquerade ball and was greatly looking forward to it. His luminous mask, firmly in place, hid his elegant features well. The powerful line of his jaw the only thing apparent beneath the glowing satin, his eyes peering out mischievously. A smile twitched at his seductive mouth as the harmony of fairy music flowed down from the ballroom, and the torches illuminated his path the rest of the way. He was greeted with excitement and fondness, for his service for the southern leader of the fairy and had always been exemplary and faithful. His sense of duty drove him to fulfill his responsibilities to his headquarters, and he would rather have died than
Six months ago, White MountainThey tossed her around among them. "Who wants the youngest of the fairy's little warriors?" one of the massive southern fairies shouted as he toyed with Prenah, ripping her luminous silky robes and pulling her hair. One of the cruel southern warriors struck her on the cheek with a closed hand, bringing blood from her olive skin. The three warriors groped her, and she began to cry to them for mercy. She believed she had drunk a poison fairy from the ale she had from the valley's tavern; she was powerless. Her cries echoed through the White Mountain where they had brought her to play their cruel game, and to have their sick fun. They will have their fill first before they'll bring her to her end. That she knows.
Fairy's Cottage"Why do I smell blood?" Harry blurted."I guess what you smell was your link to Nathaniel, your cousin. But we will talk about it later. We have an important matter to discuss." Answered Lanah.Minutes later, in the fairy cottage, Chaney suggested that they will go to the dark mountains and look for Nathaniel. Prenah was given a task to gather some news from the valley, and Jeffrey had volunteered to send a message to their allies for the incoming war and Lanah agreed to stay. That night they slept with their hearts full of doubts and worries. The next morning the trio then started their journey, with swords, and the sundial on Chaney's satchel."Chaney, what is that for?" Asked Anna."Oh, this is for us to enter t
Human World's DRI BuildingThe blackness engulfed Anna's thoughts. Stretching out in front of her like a map, the unknown surveyed her anxieties, her strength, and her understanding. Even though her eyes were closed, she can't think of why; her heart was battling so hard, her mind was oddly empty. It was as if it had cleared a spike of adrenaline into her carotid. She leaped into the utter darkness, her breathing rate steadying yet with trembling limbs she opened her eyes.It opened like two searchlight beams, the new temporal inserts providing sufficient light to brighten whatever she looks at. It's like being shown the woods one tree at a time in some crazy memory game, but it's better than blackness. Her feelings were speeding up inside her head. She wants them to hinder her, so she can breathe, but
"Yes! I knew him, and he was a dear friend and a private researcher of DRI." Mr. Faiz gawked as his words brought no sign of contempt to Anna's face. Shocking how different this girl is from any other girl in his life. Mr. Camilton was a fortunate man."He told me to transfer all of you here in the DRI facilities before waking you up and put you to our brain-scanning equipment; to monitor and study your dreams, in fact, all of your dreams!" Mr. Faiz said, and then favored Harry with an exaggerated wink."What equipment? I didn't give any permission to any of those," Anna answered in a near panic voice, but there was no sign of resentment rather than awe, "...You guys are giving me a headache." She murmured and gave her a looped-sided grin. Smiling at herself l
Ten minutes later, Anna asked the two men to give her enough time to freshen up and get herself presentable. She went to take a shower and changed her clothes. She wasn't surprised when she opened the closet and found a pair of jeans, a woolen sweater, a nice pair of gloves, and a womens boots. Outside the door, Harry was waiting for her and together they went to the basement. His private office of DRI. In the elevator. Harry noticed her emotions were not easily suppressed on her innocent face. Her pain was apparent in the crease of her lovely brow and the down-curve of her full lips. But Anna's eyes, her eyes showed her soul. They were a lush green of restless freshness, a grass of unfortunate plight. A window! He realized that as he stared into her eyes, that he knew all the beauty of the universe could not even hope to compete with this unpretentious little mortal: passion. Passion turne
After telling Mr. Faiz everything, he advised them to take a rest, he assumed their mind couldn't travel back again to the Moonland out of exhaustion. So the two decided to go home, but Harry suggested for them to go to his bachelor pad nearby a few blocks away from the DRI instead and she later agreed. His bachelor pad was welcoming from the open door to the wide hallway. Upon the sides were the photographs of his childhood, so loved by his mother. The floor was an old-fashioned parquet with a blend of deep homely light bareness, and the walls were the dark greens of summer gardens meeting a bold white baseboard. The banister was a twirl of a branch, tamed by the carpenter's hand, its grain flowing as water might, in waves of comforting woodland hues. Under the lamp-shine, it was nature's art, something that soothed right to t
