Eve tried to hide her nervousness as she retired to bed.

Would Jude want them to be intimate tonight? She hadn't even kissed anyone before. While her peers had made out, some even being intimate before their red moon ceremony, she had chosen not to. She had wanted to wait for her mate.

Jude on the other hand had done those things with Tina. What if she didn't measure up to Tina?

These thoughts ran through Eve as she prepared for bed.

"are you okay?" Jude asked.

"I am fine" she mumbled.

Jude went close to her and held her shoulders, turning her around to face him.

"Eve, we have spent a lot of nights together before, haven't we?" he asked.

"But not as mates"

"Ah! I see it now, Eve, I know all of this is new to you including me being your mate, like I told you earlier, I won't force you to do anything"

"Thanks, I am just being silly"

Jude shook his head, "you aren't being silly, I can sleep on the floor and you stay on the bed"

    When Eve and Tina arrived at the platform, the chatter of the pack women filled the air.
