Kayla’s pov Hector did not sit while listening to what Sapphire had to say, he stood by the door, folding his hands and every time Sapphire would say something that provoked him, his eyes would turn gold and revert to their original color. Hector’s POVIt was not easy slithering past men who were on the lookout to capture me and take me to Max no doubt but I knew it would be better for me to go on my own to confront Max. He would act a bit less foolishly than if he had a crowd, then he would want to make an example of me and I know that my wolf will lose control and I will beat the crap out of him.
