Chapter 19. Healing

My own father purposely injured me so that I should just stay in bed and Beta Derek lead the warrior wolves for the fight this evening. Everybody knows that an Alpha's attacked takes days to heal even from a wolf with an alpha blood like me.
I stayed in bed for a couple of minutes after Ashley left my room. She looked shocked and terrified just like a little mouse that's ready to run away but something else have caught my attention. Despite her pure innocent look, there is an electrifying sensation every time our skin touch. It arouses a strong feeling of desire to take her. Damn! She's young and she is a human!
