Izzy slowly stands, moving right in front of me. Her hand cups my chin as she lifts my face, our eyes meeting.

"You good babe?" She asks, and I nod in response, my voice too shaky to come out. Her face straightens into that face again, narrowed gaze, flat lips and my stomach dips in anticipation.

"Good. Now, I want you to strip right here and walk naked to my bed. Lay face down on top of the sheets. I'll back there in a min. Get up." She demands and I do exactly as I'm told. I stand, leaving no space between us and I pull my sweatpants down, not breaking her gaze. I didn't put panties on after our little show, and I can feel the wetness dripping down my leg. Good heavens, I haven't been this wet with need in years.

I reach for the bottom of my tshirt and pull it over my head as I feel Izzy's fingers slide between my legs. A shock runs through me, the feel of her skin on my clit a forgotten feeling. She rubs in a soft circle before removing her fingers and sticking them in her mouth.

"Mmhmm, I can't wait." She says before she pulls me away from the recliner and turns me towards her room.

"Walk. I want to see that ass jiggle." She slaps my ass, hard, and I feel her gaze burning through me as I sway my hips and add a bounce to my step for her benefit. I walk into her bedroom, her four poster california king waiting just beyond the door. I haven't seen this bed before, must be the new one she was talking about getting. It's gorgeous. Dark walnut pillars on each end, the headboard etched with some kind of design. She's got some kind of curtain around it, hiding whatever is behind them. I open the curtains at the end of the bed and look inside, unsure of what to expect. I'm kind of surprised when the bed is mostly clear, only a few pillows, nothing like her old bed with thirty pillows on top. I climb my ass onto the massive mattress and sink into it. It's like being on a giant puffy cloud and I immediately love it.

Only a minute goes by before I hear her come into the room. A sliver of light comes through the opening in the curtain before her weight hits the mattress. I'm face down like I was told, my face buried into the blankets, and when your sight is gone, the other senses kick in. She smells like weed and wine, bringing back memories I haven't thought of in years.

Her leather whip traces my skin, making shivers rack through my body. I feel her hovering over me, her silk panties soft on my legs as she straddles me. She teases my skin lightly, followed by her whip slapping my ass. What's kind of sad though, is that alone has me damn near ready to explode right now. My hair wraps around her hand and she yanks my head from the mattress, making the breath hitch in my throat. This woman is using all my weaknesses on me tonight. I try to clench my legs together, desperate to keep myself from cumming too early. Her hand slides between my thighs, fingers gently stroking my swollen clit.

"You're drenched babe. I love it when you're a needy bitch. Turn over." She demads in my ear and my nipples harden enough to cut glass. Her weight shifts and my hair falls back around my face so I turn over so I'm looking at her as she keep straddling me. She bends down, her mouth licking my nipple before pulling it into her mouth. My eyes roll into the back of my head and I loose all ability to form words. She slowly slides down my body, her hands sliding behind me to grip my ass. She shoves my dripping wet pussing into her face as she twirls her tongue around my clit.

She opens my legs wider and spreads my clit, dragging her tongue between my wet folds. She sucks it into her mouth and I can't hold back any longer. I explode full force, my legs shake, my body looking like I'm going through convulsions. Stars explode behind my eyes and my breath is stuck somewhere in my throat.

I'm still shaking when I feel Izzy slide up the mattress to lie next to me. If I wasn't so exhausted I would be embarrassed about how fast that just happened.

"Get some sleep. We'll figure all this shit out tomorrow." I fall asleep as soon as she lays her head on my chest.

A man heads towards us, no older than twenty, wearing the uniform of the staff. He doesn't look familiar though, so he must be new. I come here pretty often; their food is some of the best I've had. The drinks are just a plus. He picks up two waters from the server station and brings them over to our table. "Good afternoon, ladies. Your server will be right with you, could I get anything started for you?" He asks, his dark hair falling into his eyes. "That depends." I say as I look over to Izzy."Are you old enough to serve us liquor?" She asks in a more polite tone that I could have managed. He chuckles and nods his head. "Just turned twenty two last month, miss." He says, a smile on his handsome face. He's good looking for a young man, just needs a little more confidence. "Good. Can you get us two Mimosas please?" Izzy asks to which he nods and turns towards the bar."We can't fuck with him, can we?" I ask. I always ask because in this day and age something that was meant to be

  • The Night the Mask Falls   Chapter 31

I drive home in my trusty toyota, windows half down so my hair doesn't get ruined, radio at full blast. I am enjoying the last little bit of peace my brain has allowed me to have. What people don't understand about me, is that I do have all the same emotions as everyone else. I just don't show them or really know how to process that. My parents made sure I was a shell of who I could be while I lived with them. I really didn't become who I was until I went to college. My house sits at the end of the street, right next to the little playground the community pitched in for long before we moved here. The porch light is on, which irritates me since it's the middle of a beautifully sunny day. The house is dark though and Jack's car isn't in the driveway, so maybe I'll be able to put this off a little longer. I pull into my regular spot, not in the garage; never that. The garage is "a man's domain" even though Jack has never done any physical labor a day in his life. Wouldn't even know wha

  • The Night the Mask Falls   Chapter 30

We drink our coffee in silence, neither one of us ready to face today. I'm not sure what Izzy has going on today, but she has something on her mind and doesn't want to share yet. I need to face reality and see what's going on at my actual home and see if my husband has noticed I haven't been there. I almost would rather start all the way fresh somewhere new, but that just isn't realistic. It is the one thing I've always wanted though. Complete separation, just like my older brother. He comes around at Christmas, if he feels like it, and doesn't give a damn about how that makes my parents feel. I love that for him and have always envied him for it."You gonna handle your life today?" Izzy asks before sitting up and adjusting her robe."Yea. I can't keep putting it off. I still have three days off work, so I have time to figure out the rest of it, but I do need to see what's been happening at the house that holds my name on the deed." "Don't let him gaslight you babe. He literally add

  • The Night the Mask Falls   Chapter 29

I wake up on the balcony, laid out in the lawnchair Izzys tans in out here. She says since it's so high up she gets better attention from the sun up here. The sun hasn't fully shown it's face yet, but the sky is bright with orange and purple hues. I'm grateful I'm allowed to sit here and witness this; for it to be the first thing I see this morning. My soul really needed that. I don't hear Izzy moving around yet, and since I don't want to wake her I just sit here, letting the cool air brush across my face and stare at the sky. I should have known Jake was cheating on me. There were signs, plenty of them. But a prideful woman doesn't admit those things. A "refined woman" doesn't speak those words out loud. She doesn't cause a scene, doesn't yell or scream. Doesn't throw things and demand he choose a side. No. A "refined woman" takes the scraps her husband throws at her is is grateful for them. She takes the verbal abuse, the condenscending demeanor of the man vowed to love her. She a

  • The Night the Mask Falls   Chapter 28

By the time we pull into Izzy's garage, I am mentally and physically exhausted. Everything from the last few days hits me at once. I don't cry, I'll give myself that, but I do stare at the plain white garage wall for longer than I need to. "You ready?" Izzy asks. The ding starts as soon as she opens her door and it brings me back to the here and now. "Ready as I'm gonna be tonight." I answer, opening my own door and stepping into the humid space. As soon as we get inside Izzy drops her bags and starts stripping clothes off. It takes less than one minute for the shower to kick on and fill the empty silence. My stomach is screaming at me for food; something I've pretty much abandoned for the last couple of days. I dig in my purse for my phone and finally turn it on, something else I've been avoiding. "Food's already on the way!" Izzy yells from the shower. Sometimes I think she knows me better than I know myself. I have missed this time with her, the only time I can really be myself

  • The Night the Mask Falls   Chapter 27

I stand there, too stunned to move. I really shouldn't, but I can't help myself, the words come out before I can stop them. "Oooohhh, so I'm the main character in your dreams. Tell me." I pause for effect, then continue."What do you do to me in these dreams?" I ask in the voice that comes out whenever it feels needed. His breath hitches, just enough for me to catch it."Careful, there. Might not want to find out." He says, his voice deep in the silent space."Or maybe I do." I say, again before I can stop myself. Shit, this isn't good. My lack of filter and common sense is really not helping me out right now. Before either of us can talk again the man with Malaki clears his throat before walking towards Thomas. I can't hear what he says to him though, just hear his laughter and a minute later feel Izzy grabbing my arms to drag me to her. The loss is immediate, but more importantly, the fog in my head is clearing, finally letting me think straight again. Damn it, I forgot all about

"That isn't all I've found that looks suspicious." She slides over another stack of papers, this one with both of our names at the top. There's a few highlighted lines on each of the ten pages, some of them I recognize, some I don't. I grab her pen from on top of her laptop and put a check mark in

It doesn't take long to get to the storage unit, and since everything is so organized in here, only takes me a minute to grab the tote I need. The meeting went better than I could have imagined, I think I even impressed my boss a little. Which is a damn good thing since he just gave me a pay raise. The client loved my work and walked out of the conference room as my first client. I was on my way home when I got a text from Jack. I ignore
