A Car Ride and Lunch
POV Kitty
After Craig and I spoke with Sven, it was time to go back to the pack house for lunch. We found the boys by the car and drove off. I noticed that while the boys were in high spirits, Craig seemed a bit worried throughout the trip.
"Are you alright?" I whispered to him.
He looked at me and his face softened.
"Yeah, baby. I'm fine. I just worry when we aren't with a large group of the pack. It feels like you could be at risk and I don't like to put you in danger in any way." he explained.
He whispered but I could tell that the boys were listening in. They all stiffened and started scanning the area as we traveled. I shook my head at them.

POV Kitty"What's wrong?" Patrick asked as we all settled in around the office."I've had patrols checking on Kitty's old house, just to see if the Vamps show up."
