POV Sammy
I looked up at him in confusion.
"Kitty?" I asked and he nodded with a glare.
"I thought that a team was going to go get her." I said and he sighed.
"They tried but she was gone. It looked as though her father died and she packed everything up and ran." he said and I felt my cold, dead heart ache for my friend.
"Oh, no. Poor Kitty. She must be heartbroken." I lamented and he nodded.
"I know. That's why we need to find her. We need to save her. She's all alone. She could be hurt." he said but I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Why all this interest in Kitty? You weren't friends with her." I asked and he sighed.
"I always liked her and I've been friends with your brother for years. We watched the two of you grow up together. I know how close you are. I want you to be happy here." he tried as the others looked on.
I stared at him carefully and he cringed.

POV SammyThe next day Cash and I were awoken by a loud banging on our door. As I ran to the door, Cash hurried to push me behind him protectively. We were surprised to see Cash's friend standing there, looking frantic. What he told us, shocked us even more. How could Kitty be a witch? Why didn't she tell us?"There's no way. Kitty would have told me. I'm her best friend." I argued but he shook his head."She has to be. That's the only way that the salt lines could have worked. It also explains why she's so good in the woods and how she survived the Nightmare." he pointed out and I realized that he was right.I sat down and thought things through."If she is one, there is a chance she didn't know before. She might have just figured it out." I reasoned and both boys nodded."Where is her mother? She's never been around?" he asked."She dead. She died in a car accident long ago when Kitty was little." I explained.

POV CashThat morning we left, I had a sense of foreboding. I looked at Sammy and saw that she looked worried as well. "Maybe this isn't the best idea. If Kitty is with the Coven then she is safe. The Nightmare Kidnapped
POV SammyI let what Cash's friend and Locke had told us sink in. If they were telling the truth, Kitty was in more danger than we thought. This trip was only going to take a couple of days. Luckily, the Vampires had a road system cleared the entire way down since they had been clearing roads since the start of the Nightmare. They used them to find humans that wanted to be turned. I realized that they were probably taking some humans to feed off of since we all needed blood but I didn't want to think about that part. I couldn't."What happens if a vampire bites a witch? POV KittyI awoke with a gasp and sat up. I looked around confused. I was in an all white room on a surprisingly comfortable bed. I searched my memories and it all came back. The woods, the trip, the attack. The feeling of dread filled me. I was taken. I was now with the vampires. Shit! I was fucked.I looked down and saw that I was still in the clothes I had traveled in. POV KittyThe next time I awoke, I was in the same room but I was strapped down to the bed. I couldn't even sit up. To make matters worse, my mouth was taped shut. I tried to fight the panic rising in my chest and barely noticed when the door opened. Nick hurried to the bed and I looked at him in alarm. He held up is hands and tried to calm me."It's okay. I won't hurt you. I swear, I would never harm you, Kitty. I know that you don't really know me but I've loved you for years. I've always known that we were meant to be together. The Nightmare Old Friends
POV KittyAfter our talk, Nick led me into a large room that looked similar to the packs dinning room. It was darker and less cozy though. It looked cheap and I hated it right away. I tried not to gag at the scent of blood and sight of raw meat on everyone's plates. The room was filed with Vampires and all of them stopped and stared at me as we walked in. Nick pulled me to his side and pulled us around tables."This is the lair's dinning room. I normally eat in my apartments. This is for the lesser vampires since they only have bedrooms here. You will be staying with me and we can eat together but I figured that you would enjoy seeing some familiar faces so I ordered a few people to meet us here." Nick explained and I nodded.We suddenly stopped at a small table. He sat down and pulled me into his lap before I could look at the others that were sitting there. I gasped as I looked up to see three faces, two of them incredibly familiar.
The Nightmare Lunch Together
POV KittyAfter that, a group of vampires came over with cups and plates. Most of the cups were filled with blood but mine had water, thankfully. All the plates had meat though the one that was sat in front of me was more well done than the others. I cringed when I looked at it. Nick pulled me close and growled."She doesn't eat meat. Go find her something else. NOW!" he roared at one of the vampires who looked terrified.He bowed and ran away faster than my eyes could track them as another vampire took my plate away. POV KittyThe rest of lunch was calm. I watched Sammy and Cash carefully and I decided that my inner voice was right. They made a mistake and didn't know what the Vampires were really doing. I was sure that Sammy had some clue but I knew that she tended to ignore things that she didn't want to deal with. She had to know that humans were being kidnapped and used. The blood they were drinking didn't just appear out of nowhere. She probably just ignored that idea though. That didn't make it right but I knew my friend.
