The Job

One of Fate's strengths is her dedication to her work, that is to say whatever job is tasked to her she will do her best to fulfill them with the best possible outcome. However, it is also one of her greatest weaknesses, as sometimes she's being too hard on herself that she can't help but expect others to do their job as seriously as she does.

They do perform their assigned tasks the best they can, the problem is the standard that Fate has is something that her co-workers are not used to, causing some commotion and unsatisfaction among the employees. This, unfortunately, goes unnoticed to Fate and just sees everyone as being too carefree with their work.

It even came to the point where Ella and Fate got into an ugly argument that even had some of the executive directors concerned.
