"Hi Dad," She forced a smile at him the moment she noticed his presence, as he took a seat beside her.

"What's wrong? You seem moody. Aren't you happy about today?"

"Of course, I am, definitely!" She sniffled.

"I just feel so emotional and I don't know why?" She mumbled, wiping tears away from the corner of her eyes.

"You wanna talk about it?" Her father pushed, knowing something must be on her mind.

"Jayden is really growing fast. Seems like yesterday when I just gave birth to him but now he's grown, eating himself, calling people by their names, he wants to do almost everything himself already." She sighed. "it's so hard to believe that we've come this far. I can't believe he clocks three today."

"I know that feeling and I'm proud of you."
