-Lucy’s POV-I indulged myself to the warm water running through my body. I am taking a shower like I never had before. I know it wouldn’t really help, but right now I was praying that all of the pain inside my heart would be washed away by the water. -Lucy’s POV-For some reason I was flushed. The feeling of his hand over my lips made me feel uncomfortable. However, the most boggling question is why do I feel so uneasy? - Conner’s POV-I can never be sure about this woman. Who knows how many tricks she has under her sleeve. Having that thought I casually took out my phone and chatted my trustworthy assistant, Alfred. ‘Alfred, go and check if there is a reservation made by Mr. Laviv at the La Viva Restaurant at 8 in the evening. -Lucy’s POV-I have a bad feeling about how Chris is acting towards me. Girl you need to lay low. Maybe you are just overthinking about this or assuming too much. My alter ego may be right, but I don’t want to like give Chris the wrong impression. I have to be straight-forward with him and have this sense of assurance that I won’t be misleading him. -Lucy’s POV- The view in Redcliffe is breathtaking! Chris was right! The best way to explore Redcliffe is through a motorcycle ride. The fresh air, the beach, the whole entire package of Redcliffe is astonishing! Why haven’t I come here before? This place makes me feel alive and just forget of all of my worries, but that is far from reality.
