The ClandesTeam unit was not the same anymore. Peony was not talkative but her presence brought something to the ClandesTeam. Mauvais arrived at his unit silently but the members noticed him. Gavin and Carol greeted him cheerfully while the Tourbillon twins nodded at him.
"We'll go outside of Bulwark tomorrow," he announced and went to his room.
It cannot be seen in his face that he's affected, but the ClandesTeam somehow noticed that he's gloomy. The members looked at each other when Mauvais wasn't in there anymore.
"Well, it's hard," Gavin said, trying to start a conversation but no one responded.
Carol was silent. She and Peony are the closest to each other in the ClandesTeam. It was hard to believe that Peony left without any proper goodbye.
