Clandes fixed herself when they heard footsteps, it was Mauvais. Amnisty cleared her throat. Clandes’ mark was bothering her. Her head might explode if she cannot figure out right away who marked her friend.
“We’re going home now,” said Mauvais. He sounded pissed and the two girls noticed it but didn’t comment.
Clandes and Amnisty glanced with each other.
