I woke up to an empty bed. My brain was slowly remembering about why he had to leave me before, something about his neighbour.
Picking up my phone, I saw the miscalls and finally his text message.
Lou, I'm still at the hospital. One of my oldest friend got a heart attack, I'm supporting his wife. She's still in shock. (Allen)
