Chapter 8: The Wedding Day

Bram.

"Time to wake up Bram,” Gladys pats me on the butt, “You are not planning to sleep all day, are you? I mean who sleeps on their wedding day? Get up, Alpha Knight and his people will be here soon.”

I didn’t move an inch to her words. I didn’t really have the will to live again and I thought I would die in my sleep but it seems I’m still alive. 

“What is wrong with you, Bram? Aren’t you supposed to be happy on your wedding day?”

“This is not what I want…” I bite my lips, thinking of how to tell her that Alpha Knight is a life devourer and that he poisoned me into getting married to him. And that I might not return alive if I ever leave this Pack with him because he is a psychopath, he is sick, mentally unstable and he doesn’t need a man, he needs help.

"Bram, are you ignoring me or what? Do you want me to tell our father that you won't even get out of your bed?”

“That is not it…”

She cuts me short and continues, “I’m very sure you know if Maya hears this behavior of yours she is going to report to Alpha Knight and he will come running down here to help you prepare, is that it?”

The truth is I really can’t move my body. I feel so weak and I know the poison is reoccurring today and I don’t think I will be able to handle it. I let out sad pheromones, hoping my sister will feel my sadness.

She drags the blanket off my body, “Get the fuck up.”

"Can l ask you something?"

"Anything other than what you want for breakfast, I don’t want to hear it. Maybe I can listen to you after the wedding.”

“This is very important, Gladys. A lot has happened and I don’t think this is the right thing for me to do.”

“I feel like smacking your head on that wall, Bram. Can you get up already?"

"Can you people listen to me for once,” I snapped, anger rising inside me. I sat up, “For once, listen to me please.

"Since you needed to raise your voice at me, go on I’m all ears.”

l knew this was the moment to tell my sister all that has been going on but l'm sure Alpha Knight won't like the idea of me disclosing this secret.

"Bram?"

"Alpha Knight is trying to kill me.”

"Is this some joke?”

"Does it look like I'm joking? This is a matter of life and death, Gladys. You need to help me, you have to beg our father to change his mind about Alpha Knight. The Alpha is not what everyone thinks he is, he is obsessed with me.”

 

"Wow Bram, you are not just rare, you are also very stupid. Are you listening to yourself? Don’t you think you sound crazy?”

“That is all you have to say?”

  

"No, you make me understand. You are telling me that the most handsome Alpha in the whole Southeast is trying to kill you just because he wants to get married to you? Don’t make it so obvious that your life is a joke and I’m done listening to you for real this time.”

I felt my lungs contract due to the lack of airflow. I feel so alone in this life, I gripped the bedsheets tightly in anger, “Do you really not care enough to understand me?”

“I’m done with your shit,” She pinches my ear, dragging me out of the bed, “It's because I care about your stupid ass that is why I’m doing this in the first place. You need to get ready in 20 minutes.”

A sudden heat wave hit me, making my heart flutter with my dick twitching and vibrating. 

Oh no, that feeling is here. I shook it off, hurrying to the bathroom when I came out, my bedroom was filled with stylists and maids. They had set up a mini dining area and packed boxes of gifts around the room.

My jaw dropped at the expensive ornamentation and items. I couldn’t help but wonder what Alpha Knight was trying to gain from all this.

"Omega, please have a seat,” Maya pulls out a chair for me to sit, “This is a Chinese made lotus soup and they are very rich in dietary fibre. Please drink some while it’s still warm since you have a long day ahead. It will keep your stomach warm, soothe your body from stress and help with your skin.”

I think she makes me lose my appetite because of her food analysis but I don’t dare say it out, "Thank you."

“Not at all, Omega. This is all thanks to Alpha Knight.”

Is there anything I'm going to do with my life without Alpha Knight being entangled in it? Alpha Knight this, Alpha Knight that.

"Bram, you know that gossips are saying you and Alpha Knight are fated for each other,” Gladys laughs quietly, “I heard from our father that Alpha Knight was here yesterday.”

"So…? What does it have to do with me?"

"Tch, I’m just saying that everyone saw how stressed and exhausted Alpha Knight looked. It just shows how much he cares for you and how much he wants to be with you and make you happy. I even heard he is planning a big welcoming ceremony in the whole Southeast Pack just for you. I’m so jealous, you’re so lucky to be chosen by the Alpha. I accept defeat Bram, you have won in life without a fight.”

  

l ignored her, eating my food quietly.

"You are right, Alpha Gladys. Indeed our Pack will be holding a two day ceremony to welcome Omega Bram as Alpha Knight’s Mate."

"Bram, did you hear that?” Gladys is so excited for me, “You are going to be living a good life.”

I shut my eyes wishing for my creator to make me disappear. Then the second wave of the poison hits me in the stomach, making my spoon fall off my hand.

“Are you okay, Bram? Do you feel pain anywhere?” Gladys asks me worriedly, getting up on her feet. This makes me wonder if I tell her what is wrong with me if she will help me.

“I will quickly get the pack doctor,” Maya said in a hurry.

I raised my hand, “I’m alright, I'm just feeling uncomfortable in my stomach,” I stopped her from going to the doctor. Soon, I heard commotion outside my room. The maids were squealing and screaming at the fact that Alpha Knight and his people were at the pack’s entrance.

I felt my own temperament slowly drop, I could feel my heart getting stuffed with sadness. It was happening, it was happening… Alpha Knight is here… he is going to claim me, it is game over.

"Oh my goodness, Bram,” Gladys is rejoicing, “My heart is filled with joy for you, I'm so excited as if it’s my own wedding day and the fact that Alpha Knight can’t wait to be with you is killing me, he is so eager.”

“How about you marry him instead? I’m sure our father will be delighted to see you volunteer in my place. As far as I know we are both essential items made to bring benefits to the pack.”

"Oh, you're talking back at me now because Alpha Knight has arrived? How bratty!”

“That is not…” I shut my mouth up, knowing there is no need to explain myself.

" Everything is ready, Omega. Please look at yourself in the mirror.”

I couldn't conceal the smile that emerged on my lips.

"You look very beautiful, Bram,” Gladys is too stunned for words, “You’re so freaking gorgeous.”

“Thanks,” I looked at myself, speechless at my beautiful glamour.

"Alpha Knight made an outstanding choice when he decided on these gold laced knee boots for you and to match it up with this none button crisp transparent white shirt, embroidered with this gold adornment. This piece is a two-set limited edition pack which implies that it’s only made for you and Alpha Knight in this world,” Maya explains as usual.

My white hair is all curled and tied to the back making my bangs highlight my face. I look undoubtedly beautiful.

"It's time to go, Bram. Come this way, go gently,” Gladys helped me to the spot where I couldn’t go back or look back. I had no choice but to walk forward to Alpha Knight who was already kneeling down before the symbol of the moon goddess divinity with lust in his eyes.

His intense gaze sent chills to my spine making my body cower in fear. At the same time I misplaced my steps as a stream of ecstatic waves hit me.

Please no, not now, please. 

I paused on my steps, gasping for air as my body was beginning to heat up. Alpha Knight knew, he knew the poison will reoccur on our wedding day and he purposely chose the date for it. He wants to humiliate me, he wants to watch me go insane, watch me go deliriously horny and unable to control myself in front of all these people. 

"Bram, are you alright?

I tilt my head slowly to look at Gladys' concerned face, “I'm okay,” I said under my breath, sweat breaking out of my face and neck.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, obviously,” I answered her, taking slow steps on the aisle again until I’m in front of Alpha Knight.

“Your beauty is making me dizzy, my omega, I bless the day I found you,” He is eating me with his eyes, sucking on his bottom lip to control himself.

I glared at him with utmost hatred, contempt and determination. Making a promise to every powerful deity in this cruel world that I will pay back every single person that has caused me pain.

"Both of you stretch out your left hands,” The high priestess says. 

I winced in pain from the dagger slicing my palm.

"Both of you join your hands together and pour enough blood on the symbol."

Alpha Knights and l obeyed accordingly.

"With the power of the moon goddess and the witness from the great enormous beings of The People's Pack. We therefore join this union in blood, loyalty and bond. They will love each other as fated mates till death do them apart.”

Instantly l felt a spiked cuff wrap around Alpha Knight's wrist and mine together. 

"You can only take it off after you both spend the first special night together."

I didn’t have any interest in all these. My body was fighting a different battle, my knees on the ground were barely finding their comfort.

"Do you need my help, Bram?” Alpha Knight teasingly said as l moved my eyes to him.

"You planned all of this right?"

"Don't you like it?”

  

"I don't like anything that comes from you, Alpha.”

I bite my lips to control myself from crying out when he interlocks his fingers with mine, huddling them tightly in a way I won’t be able to free my fingers from his with or without the spike cuffs on our hands.

“It hurts, Alpha.”

“Does it?”

The ritual rites went on and on in stages, prayers and prayers on how we will flounder in the light of the moon goddess and so on. Alpha Knight won't take his eyes off me, l could tell he was enjoying every bit of my endurance.

“The more you try to control it, the more you won't be able to control it. Let it flow, I'm here for you, l'm not going anywhere and I will take care of you forever.”

"There is nothing l can't endure.”

My father beats the booze cup in his hand for attention, “Ladies and Gentlemen, please raise your cup with me and toast to my son who has made me proud and happy. Now the second toast is for son in law Alpha Knight for being a man of prudent and intelligence.”

The crowd cheers were making me dizzy. I couldn’t hold myself anymore, I needed to cum, I needed to touch myself, I needed to feel good. I let my fingertips feel Alpha Knight’s skin.

He leans towards me, whispering in my ear, “Just say one word, just say we should leave here and we’ll leave immediately.

I opened my eyes as  my father called my name again.

"Now ladies and gentlemen, this last toast is still for my only son. The son of my youth,” He turns around and toasts to me, making me raise my glass to him as well,

“I know your mother left you at a tender age but you have grown and proven yourself to be worthy of my name. So I’m begging you to learn to love your mate as yourself, here is a drink for your forever love.”

I think he is drunk already.

I quietly drank the drink in my cup, savoring the taste of the brew in my mouth. l threw myself back to my chair when another trail of heat cradled my entire body.

"Alpha…?”

"Mmh," He answers me throatily, sipping his drink as his attention is now fixed on my father exchanging pleasantries with another Alpha.

"I want to…” I bite my lips, unable to bring myself to tell him I needed to cum very soon.

“You want to have a dance with me?” 

“No.”

“You want to go home with me?”

“No,” I let out a sigh, I may need to cum so bad but not enough that I want to follow him back to his Pack. I should find my father’s beta, the driver… I hope he won’t be with his mate… he can help me.

“Okay,” He is about to stand up but I drag him down.

He shakes the cuffs back at me, “We are stuck together, if you need to go anywhere I have to go with you.”

“No need,” A frown forms on my face and at the same time Alpha Knight leans forward and captures my lips in a sweet gentle kiss, “Stop, they’re elders here,” I push away from him.

“So if they weren’t elders here would you let me kiss you!”

"For once don’t speak nonsense.” 

“There is no way you will go without me for the next 24 hours. It's time to get used to me in your space, we are bonded together in love and blood. You can no longer have the right to deny me access to your body, soul and heart. Get ready to let your wolf out for me,” He lets out a bored sigh, “l think he comprehends the situation more than you do.”

“I won’t do that.”

“And don't dwell on it you won't keep the control for a long time. l'm pretty sure you won't take the next attack without screaming to be fucked by me. Be careful though, you may not want to fill the air with your pheromones. They’re hundreds of Alphas, Betas and Delta here. If you don't want to draw such attention to yourself on our wedding day then ask me for help. I want to hear you beg me with those golden eyes piercing through my soul, Bram."

Listening to Alph Knight speak to me in such harmony and sincerity makes my heart cloud with lust.

I can't hold it any longer, I shamelessly began to push my ass tightly against the chair.

I held Alpha Knight's hand tighter, not paying attention to the spike. I needed all the support l could get to give my ass to this chair. Slowly l felt Golden take over me. 

My eyes became more clouded with glittered gold like a shining light.

"Alpha, you can do whatever you want with me,” Golden begs.

" Golden, let Bram through."

"Yes, Alpha."

I don’t look at him, I’m embarrassed at my wolf’s behavior.

"I want you to repeat those words, Bram. Your wolf doesn't have to say it for you.”

Tears of pleasure begin to fill my eyes, I want to cry out loud, “Take me home Knight, please.”

“I like how you dumped my title and for sure I will take you home even if you didn’t ask. But that is not the words I want to hear from you 

"What do you want me to say? Let's leave here before l go crazy. I'm already a great shame to my pack, please don't let me make more names."

"Then say that you want me to help you, you want me to take you home, fuck you and make you mine already? Tell me you have waited so long for this.”

Those words seductively pave way to my core, leaving my body in total shambles. I couldn’t hide it anymore, l shut my eyes slowly and squeezed my bulge in a way no one would notice.

He whispers in my ear, “You would rather I watch you touch yourself than beg for my touch, right? I thought you had the discipline of respecting elders and crowds. Now you're intentionally letting yourself gain attention, I won't allow that. Tsk, you are such a slut, Bram."

I continue to hump my ass on the chair, forgetting everything that was happening around me. I’m very sorry to the world, I can’t suppress this feeling anymore, nobody in my shoes can do it. I have controlled it enough, I don’t care whosoever sees me like this. I won’t mind right now if I’m being criticized, I moved my right hand from my bulge and tapped on my nipple. 

Alpha Knight wants me to say those words, what are those again? 

I looked at him, our eyes locking feverishly together. I throw my body on him, resting my head on his shoulder as I whisper those, "Please, take me home and do whatever pleases you, please Alpha.”
