Chapter 5

Lerina was so annoyed because she got home at seven in the evening. She had only done a little shopping earlier; she didn't even have time to visit her cat.

The routine thing he does every time he comes home from work. Lerina has taken in around a hundred cats; she rented an abandoned futsal field with solid wire walls.

Every evening he would visit and share food with them. But today, he didn't have time. Lerina has been unable to move them to their proper place now. For this reason, he wants to work harder to take good care of his cat.

Lerina was too tired today, and she finished cleaning the body; she immediately cooked her dinner. Before going to sleep, he opened his laptop.

There is an email from the President. Lerina immediately read it. It was a change for the project they reviewed earlier.

"You workaholic, doesn't he know it's already late?" Tsk.

Lerina chose to close her laptop. He was already sleepy and tired; his body now demanded its rights.

At Han Zoku's house. He couldn't sleep, so he sent the email to his secretary.

Han thought of Sean, who again asked Mommy for him. Should he comply?

He never wanted to be in a marriage relationship; for him, it was very complicated, we would be required to do this and that, and surely, it would be very boring for him.

He fell asleep in his study. He woke up at dawn. Han Zoku immediately headed to his room. He took a shower and put on his work clothes.

He looked at his appearance in the mirror; he was handsome and almost perfect. Then Han remembered the moment his eyes met with Lerina's. He subconsciously pulled back his lips slightly.

"Daddy!"

Sean walked into his room.

Han immediately turned around. "Oh Son! You even took a shower this early? What happened to you? Did you have a strange dream last night?" Han had already raised the petite body.

"Yes Daddy! I dreamed I met mommy, she covered her face with a shawl, so I couldn't see her clearly, but I'm happy Daddy, that's why I took a shower and will go to work with Daddy!" he said very long. He then hugged his daddy's neck tightly.

Han gets to hear it, and he rubs his head gently. Han couldn't help but fall for the kid.

They go down the stairs. There is breakfast on the dining table. Nany immediately pulled a chair for her young Master.

"Good morning Grandpa Peng!" said Sean to his daddy's assistant.

"Morning champ!" He replied with a smile.

Breakfast went well. No drama from Sean that morning. Then they went to the office. This time Mr. Peng was driving.

It took a little while for them to arrive. All employees bowed respectfully when the number one person in the company came. His aura is so dominating that he deserves to be respected as the number one successful entrepreneur in Minnesota.

"Aunt Lerin!" Sean couldn't hold himself back when he saw Lerina, who was about to bow to greet her boss.

"Hey Sean!" he greeted after saluting Ham Zoku and Mr. Peng.

"Sean!" Han called before entering the room.

"Wait Daddy! I have to say hello to Aunt Lerin now!" he said firmly. He does sometimes resemble Ham in terms of speech.

He stepped inside, followed by Mr. Peng. "Since when did he know Miss Smith?" he asked. He sat down in his chair.

"When he disappeared that time. You can see the CCTV footage!" Mr. Peng made a suggestion.

Han Zoku shrugged his shoulders. "Uncle Peng, who agreed to cooperate with Smith at that time?" They started discussing work matters.

"Mr. Riden, your father."

"The project is not very profitable, in fact a lot has to be changed. They can't match the funds." Han gave his judgment.

"Are we going to stop it?" Master Peng asked.

"It's come this far, it's impossible, but I want a few workers from us. I think Uncle can do it!" Han Zoku is a very careful person when it comes to running a business.

"Okay, I'll do it right away!" Peng came out of the President's room.

On the other hand, Lerina, who wanted to enrich her boss' schedule, was held back because Sean didn't want to get off his lap.

"No, Auntie just stay here!" he refused firmly. He was too engrossed in scribbling on the paper in front of him.

"But Auntie has to work now!" Lerina persuaded again.

"Accompany me to work too Auntie! Like Nany, she was given money by daddy. Aunt can also take care of me from now on!"

Lerina smiled, hearing that; why does this kid like her? He then stroked his slightly long curly mane gently.

"Nany works at home, while Aunt works in the office to help daddy, so it's different!" Lerina gave understanding.

Instantly Sean's scribbling stopped, his eyes filled with tears

He concluded that Lerina did not like him.

"So Auntie doesn't like me? Alright I'll go!" He got off easily and left without even looking at Lerina.

Lerina felt uncomfortable. "Young master is not like that, young master!" Lerina's steps stopped; she just realized they were now in the President's room.

Sean was already in his father's lap. The child is facing the father's stomach, and he seems to be crying.

"Sorry sir! I'm late reading your schedule today!" He slightly lowered his head. There is a bad feeling towards the Master about what happened to Sean.

Lerina realized she didn't have her tablet with her. He came back out to get it for a second.

He's back. "Ten o'clock corporate leadership meeting, then empty until five. Then in the evening attending a friendly gathering of high-profile Minnesota businessmen. That's all, sir! Excuse me!"

He looked at Sean, who had not yet returned but kept quiet. Lerina then returns her shirt.

"What happened son?" Han stroked the hair gently.

Sean raised his head. Her cheeks were red from crying. "Aunt Lerina doesn't like me!" he argued.

Han squinted. "Why say like that? Hem!"

"He didn't like me sitting on his lap, he told me to get off! Sob sob sob!"

Han's brow furrowed even more. What is this? His son, always indifferent to women, is now crying over his secretary.

But Han understands that Lerina wants to be professional at work.

"Aunt Lerina doesn't dislike you, she's just at work right now!" Han gave his son understanding.

"Nany also works, she's always there for me. Doesn't Aunt Lerina also pay her Daddy?"

"Certain!"

"Then let Aunt Lerina be my babysitter, Daddy!" he asked, frowning spoiled.

Han couldn't help but laugh. He looked at Sean with a smile. "Then who will help Daddy in the office, if Aunt Lerina is your babysitter?"

Sean seemed to think. "Sean knows," she sparkled. "What if Nany moves here to help Daddy and Aunt Lerina live in our house?"

Han wanted to laugh even more. It's easy for the child to talk. He arranged as he pleased.

"Does Daddy agree?" He seemed impatient.

"Will daddy think about it!"

In the afternoon, Lerina felt relieved. After all, she came home at five o'clock in the afternoon because her Master had been home since this afternoon.

Han accidentally went to his parent's house with Sean. In the afternoon, they will go home. Sean was asked to stay by his grandmother and grandfather, but he refused.

Lerina just got out of the taxi. He was seen carrying two paper bags, one containing his kitchen needs and the other containing his cats' food.

Lerina was about to cross after the taxi she was riding left. He looked left and right to ensure the car was still far away.

He took a slight run after feeling it was safe to cross.

"Daddy, look! Isn't that Aunt Lerina?" Sean pointed at Lerina.

Busy with a flat object in his hand, Han immediately turned his head when Lerina's name was called.

"Yes!"

"Come on Daddy, let's follow him. He's going into that alley!" Sean couldn't stop himself from meeting his Aunt.

"Follow the girl!" Han can't stand Sean even though he wants to know where his secretary lives.

The driver immediately turned the car into the alley that Lerina entered earlier.

Not so far. The car stopped, and they saw Lerina put her paper bag on a bench. Then she reached into her bag like she was looking for a key. He then opened the door where his pet cat was.

"Daddy, there are so many cats!" Sean looked amazed. He also really likes cats. His eyes widened and twinkled.

Lerina had gone inside and seemed to be taking something from her paper bag. The cats were running towards him. He divided their food.

"You must be hungry! Sorry I couldn't stop by last night, I came home a little late last night!" he said. He removes their heads. The cat meowed as if it understood what it was saying.

Lerina smiled happily. This is one of the medicines for her heart when she remembers her parents, is sad thinking about her uncle's crimes and misses her baby even though she doesn't know his face.

Han's lips lifted at the smile. He noticed her the same as Sean.

"Daddy, can I come down?" Sean also wanted to feed the cat.

Han looked at his son. "Of course, come on!" He also sounded excited.

They immediately went down. Lerina didn't notice because she was too preoccupied with her cat.

"Aunt Lerin!"

Lerin was surprised and immediately turned to the two men of different generations, who were both handsome.

"You-master!"

Lerina wants to get out of that cage. Of course, he had to ask what his boss wanted.

"Excuse me sir! Is there anything you need?" He asked politely after exiting the cat house.

"No, Sean just happened to see you, and he wants to meet you!" replied Han.

"Oh." Lerina really felt bad to see in this state.

"Auntie, may I come in?"

"Huh, m-come in?" Of course, he was taken aback by the question. Then he looked at his Master.

Han gave a nod.

"Mmm, alright!" he replied. He still didn't feel comfortable right now. Sean already held her hand, Lerina opened the door again, and they both entered.

"Auntie, I want to feed them!" said Sean.

Lerina was confused and afraid that this child's hands would get dirty later.

"Come on Auntie! Sean also has a pet cat at home." Sean held out his hand.

"Is that true?" Lerina began to relax a little.

"Hmm, I'll introduce it to Auntie, next time. Now give it to me Auntie!" Sean was getting impatient.

"Okay Mister coercion!" He handed it over.

They started walking to fill the empty container, occasionally laughing happily. Sometimes Sean is afraid that if a cat is aggressive, he hugs Lerina tightly.

It did not escape Han Zoku's gaze. He had never seen his son this happy, and Lerina was the first woman he felt comfortable with besides his mother, sister, and nanny.

Han's lips curled up, his feelings warming. He looked at Lerina from a different angle in his heart.
