Chapter 6

The food brought by Lerina had been poured out, then she went to the corner of the place. There is a small faucet where you can wash your hands and fill a container for the cat's drinking water. Lerina asked Sean to wash his hands, after which he served the drinking containers for the cats under his care.

It started when he crossed the street and a cat was run over. From then on, he wanted to provide a home for cats with no masters. She was still in college then; Lerina set aside her money minor by little and then rented a futsal field that was no longer in use.

He put his cats there, and at that time, there were only five of them; then, as time passed, the number of cats increased; some gave birth, and others delivered many. Until now, the cat numbered approximately one hundred tails.

Lerina enjoys doing this, seeing the cat grow up healthy, and regularly she is happy. There was satisfaction in her being able to care for them.

The door has been locked. Lerina took the paper bag where the vegetables were. Sean hasn't moved; he's loyal to Lerina.

"It's almost dark, Auntie let's go home first!" said Lerina. They walked towards Han Zoku's car. The man was leaning against the car's body and looking at the two of them.

"Auntie, can I come here again?" He gripped Lerina's finger. His face looked up to see Lerina's face. His eyes were hopeful.

Lerina likes to see the clarity of those eyes, round eyes with curled eyelashes and cheeks as soft as pau. He looks a lot like Han. Maybe his Master is Han Zoku's little version.

Lerina hesitated to answer, not that she didn't want to, but it felt like Sean was too good to be among his cats, especially in his makeshift place.

The face changed because there was no answer from Lerina. Han saw that he knew his son would be sad if he were rejected.

"Of course, you can. Sean is free to visit the cats anytime! Isn't that right?" Han nodded slightly at Lerina, so the woman agreed to Sean's request.

"Y-yes right, of course, Sean can come here another time," Lerina replied and smiled.

He was uncomfortable with this situation. There was an awkward feeling over him. It was a stark contrast; he was just ordinary, while his Master was almost perfect.

Sean smiled happily. "Okay, since Auntie allowed me to come here, then I'll take Aunt home!" Sean said it was great.

Lerina goes awry. "Mmmm, don't worry Young Master, Aunt's house is not far from here. Aunt can walk," Lerina refused softly.

Sean was not at his wit's end. "Okay, I'm coming with Auntie on foot."

Lerina felt like laughing but also felt terrible. Why did his boss' son want to go for a walk with him?

"May Auntie!" His eyes were full of hope.

Lerina didn't know what to say. His apartment is only three hundred meters away; of course, it is inappropriate for a Ceo child to walk with him on this already dark day.

Lerina looked at Han Zoku. He wanted to ask but needed more courage. Han also looked at him.

"Jinli, you can follow us from behind!" Han Zoku ordered the driver. Lerina understood that meant Han Zoku would also be walking with her.

There was no choice but to refuse. Finally, Larina nodded in agreement.

"Before it's too late, let's go!" Han Zoku startled Lerina, who was still preoccupied with her thoughts.

"Y-yes, come on!"

Sean didn't let go of Lerina's fingers; he was delighted with this situation. Occasionally he jumps merrily, and they laugh. Behind them, Han Zoku smiled silently, watching that.

He watched Lerina. This girl is beautiful and loving. Nothing ever suited his son so far, but with Lerina, Sean was happy.

They didn't realize they had arrived at a five-story tall building—simple housing for lower-middle-class people.

Lerina bought her apartment here, right on the third floor of this building. Lerina turned and aligned herself with Sean.

"Young Master, thank you for bringing auntie home! See you next time!" Lerina said thank you and goodbye.

"Auntie, are we not allowed in?"

Good grief. A top class like them, Lerina needs to be more confident. The house needs to be more cramped and appropriate for them.

"Auntie! Daddy hasn't had his tea today," Sean said.

Han was surprised to hear that. What's wrong with this child? But he didn't rebuke; he let his son do whatever.

"F-alright," Lerina said with a forced smile. He leads the way. "The elevator is having trouble, is it okay to take the stairs?" Lerina felt awkward.

"It's okay Auntie. Going up the stairs also makes our feet healthy?" Sean, the smart kid, always has an answer.

They climbed the stairs. Sean was so excited. Lerina always held his hand.

Lerina immediately opened the door and let them in. "Please come in, sir! Sorry this might be too simple!" Lerina still felt uneasy.

Han and Sean stepped inside. Lerina immediately went to the kitchen to make tea. Han looked around. This apartment is small but immaculate. The living room is also tiny, but Lerina manages it very well.

"Please drink!" Lerina came with two cups of tea and the biscuits she bought earlier.

"Does Auntie sleep alone?"

"Yes!"

"Auntie is not afraid?"

Ha ha ha! "No, Auntie is used to being alone," replied Lerina, finding the five-year-old's question amusing.

Sean snorted in annoyance. His expression made Lerina frown even with Han; why did his son look disappointed? Is there something wrong with the answer?

"Hey, why, son?" Han finally asked.

"Daddy, I hope Aunt Lerina is afraid to sleep alone, so I can accompany her here."

Lerina's eyes widened. This little boy wanted to take care of him, but a second later, he laughed.

Han did not expect his son's answer. He saw his son was so interested in his secretary. The odd thing happened, his lips curved into a smile.

Lerina stared at him and was stunned by the smile, but for a moment, she came to her senses and lowered her face.

The plot is very interesting except for the wrong use of verb and this makes understanding very difficult.
