The first and second princes walked through the castle halls until they arrived at the king’s hall.
The messenger announced a royal entry and the doors opened. Shawn lifted his gaze for a split second and saw the other royal siblings inside with the queen and king.
He lowered his gaze again as they entered. Walking into the hall, Aldridge and Sterling wore bright and cheerful clothes while the others were all in white and black.
The queen was appalled by the disrespect. Sterling also suddenly felt awkward and when he looked at Aldridge he could see that it was affecting him too.
