CHAPTER ELEVEN

ADRIAN'S POV

The preparation of the wedding and coronation was going by very fast and everyone in the palace seemed to be so busy with one thing or the other. I barely saw Camila and Isabella because they were always busy choosing decorations or fitting the wedding dress.

I watched as Isabella was glad because I would be getting married to Camila but it made my heart ache knowing it was all fake and an act so I wouldn't get married to Eliza. I still couldn't get her mother out of my heart and just saying her name alone still brought a great ache to my heart.

"Your majesty, you have a guest," Drake said, making me turn to look back at the door.
