The elders who were four most trusted people that Rossi had placed on that seat of power before dying sat there with the officials looking at them in shock. None of them has ever met them so it was a surprise to see them here.

After waiting for almost thirty minutes, Adrian walked into the meeting hall with Claire and Isabella next to him. They all bowed and greeted him including the elders and he bowed back in respect.

They all sat there and the officials whispered to each other wondering whatbwas going on and why the elders were there. Most of them feared for all they did wrong because Adrian was no longer predictable and he could get any of them out of their position with just a snap of his fingers while the elders were seated.
