DAMON/BRYCE POV

"Do you know what he says to me?" Kiara asked in tears, pausing to take a sip of her drink.

"He wants me to disappear for the sake of Maya, he did not look for me, he didn't care about me and now he wants me gone," she lamented.

"You knew something good was never going to come out of his mouth, yet you went, why would you do so?" I asked.

I knew she was drunk at this point and I would have put her to bed, but it was better talking to her and watching her express herself, she won't do this to me without the drink.

She would just act all cold and maybe cry silently in the shower. I too was getting a bit tipsy and wanted to stop but she kept giving me drink and would get offended if I refused or I didn't drink much from it.
