CHAPTER 57 - The Alphas' Circle
Clayton nodded at the Omega after drinks had been served to the present Alpha’s as well as the members of the Council of Alpha’s that night at the open backyard of Clayton’s house. With most of the packs already in his territory, Clayton had decided to hold a welcoming dinner for the alpha’s, even if it was not a common thing from the previous Mating Festival.
However, due to Amarah’s rising status that further heightened because of saving Jack Hunter’s wife and daughter, most of the packs had arrived earlier than expected. He was glad that he had decided to prepare early than usual, thankful that all accommodations had been catered to. A few hours ago, he had three long tables set up along with hanging lights which are now illuminating their venue.

Clayton finally went out from his car a little after midnight. He looked towards his house and saw that all the lights are still on.
